Method
- Add milk, cocoa powder, and sugar into a small pot. Heat over medium-low heat and whisk continuously until the cocoa powder has dissolved.
- Add chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips. Stir until the chocolate has melted. Be sure to use a rubber spatula to scrape the sides and bottom of the pot to make sure all the chocolate has combined.
- Remove from heat and pour into a mug for serving.
- Add 1 oz (1 shot) alcohol of your choice. I recommend whiskey, vodka, Bailey's, or Kahlua. Reduce to ½ shot if you don’t want it to be as strong.
